Terms and conditions
- Annual passes are valid from the booking date selected at the time of purchase, and are valid for 12 months from this date (allow a week for card to be made but if you wish to visit before then, show us your receipt on arrival).
- Butterfly Creek Annual Pass card MUST be presented on arrival, no card no entry.
- Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cannot be used by anyone other than the card holder named on the card.
- *Free birthday entry must be within one week of the birthday.
- A replacement fee of $10 will be charged for a lost card.
- Annual passes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional events, school visits, vouchers and encounters.
- Special Assistance Annual Passes allow entry for the named child or adult plus one carer free of charge.
