Conference and Meeting Package Special (SAVE UP TO 28%)

Book your conference, meeting, seminar or workshop, including room hire and catering – choose between our all day & half day delegate packages:

All day delegate package only $54.00 + GST pp (Save 20%):

  • Includes catering, room & equipment hire for the whole day (min 25 pax)

Half day delegate package only $48.00 + GST pp (Save 28%):

  • Includes catering, room & equipment hire (min 25 pax)

Plus combine any meeting at Butterfly Creek with a Rocket Ropes climb (min 20 paying adults) and we will give you 3 adult climbs for free (value $86.49 +GST)

T&C’s: Must mention deal when booking, free climbs to be used on same day as the corporate booking, valid until Sunday 29th November 2020.

Papillon Room

An open and spacious room that is perfect for getting fresh air during those long meetings and great to have a few drinks in afterwards if desired. Seats up to 150.
