Discounted passes are only valid for use on 10th May 2026. If you cannot use your discounted ticket on the day you have booked, you can still use the face value of the ticket for up to 6 months from the date you booked to visit. However, you will need to pay the difference between the discounted ticket and our standard ticket prices on the day you visit.
Private Animal Encounter prize (entry via social media) is for 2 people, and can be selected from Otters, Meerkats, Emperor Tamarins, Cotton-top Tamarins or Small Reptiles.
