Family Friendly Adventure Playgrounds
Butterfly Creek has two of the best playgrounds in Auckland that we know your kids will love! Let them burn off some energy while climbing, sliding, and jumping through our two playground areas.
Be sure to check out ‘Fred and Jo’s Adventure Playground’ – one of our newest additions to the park. Located between Buttermilk Farm, and our fantastic Lace Monitor exhibit, this adventure playground will have the kids climbing, jumping and balancing their way through the obstacles!
Fred & Jo’s Adventure Playground
Make sure you check out ‘Fred and Jo’s Adventure Playground’ – one of our newest additions to the park. Located between Buttermilk Farm, and our fantastic Lace Monitor exhibit, this adventure playground is a great place to explore, and test our climbing and balancing skills.
With a variety of obstacles, from climbing nets and balancing beams to rope bridges and more, Fred and Jo’s Adventure Playground is suitable for all ages. And make sure you wave out to the Red Admiral Express Train as it chugs past – the driver might even give you a toot!
Courtyard Playground
Our Courtyard Playground is located right next to the cafe and outdoor seating so you can relax with some food and a cup of coffee while the kids run around and burn off some energy.
Kid’s will love climbing and exploring the obstacles, it’s a great opportunity for them to mimic some of the animals they have seen around the park – swing like a monkey, balance like a meerkat or slide like an eel!
